We'll give it to you straight.
When you contact us about building your web site or ecommerce
web site, we will issue you with a fully written proposal. We
take a long time to write our proposals as each one is very different
from business to business. In the proposal we will:
- Identify your business in the market place.
- Show the web site aims and expectations.
- Highlight the project objectives.
- Explain the costs involved in the project.
- Show the various stages the project will follow.
- Show any additional notes from our meeting and highlight any further thoughts.
- Use plain English!
Preparing
a good proposal helps both you and us as we can set out exactly
what is involved in the project and what we can expect. We usually
provide proposals as PDF files, that are emailed directly to
you, but if you prefer, we can print them and mail them out in
the post.
