News from Branches Design.
New stuff straight outta the kitchen.
Every
web site should have a news page and ours is no exception. Its
our intention to keep this page as up to date with what's happening
in our company as much as possible. But, we're busy people and
spend most of our time designing other peoples web sites, so
you'll forgive us if we let this page lapse from time to time!
What's been happening.

Spring 2007
Busy Busy Busy
We have been hard at work on a new batch of brand identities and associated print and web site development. More and more businesses are asking us to handle the whole design package, from logo, print and web site design to signage, and presentation work. This is hugely satisfying from a designers point of view and, more importantly, this 'holistic' approach to design builds a really strong brand presence. (This also means we have neglected to update our news page!)
**sticky** October 2006
Phill's doing the Great North Run.
On the 1st of October, 2006 I am going to be taking part in the Bupa
Great North Run (a half marathon in the North East
of England) in memory of my father, Jim Horrocks, who passed
away this Christmas from Cancer. If you're feeling in a particularly
generous frame of mind, you can sponsor me to do this. I
have setup an account with JustGiving allowing
my friends and family easy access to donations and sponsorship.
You can visit my JustGiving web page here at http://www.justgiving.com/branches for
more information. Whatever I raise this way, I will match.
Read more about the event here.
Wish me luck!
P.S. Training is going well and being a non-runner for a number of years means I have quite a bit of a way to go but it's looking good!
